My approach is documentary in spirit while editorial in eye.

I love weddings and what they represent. Right now you are planning how you'll celebrate. When we finally gather, the day is going to be draped in joy and hope toward the future, all in the presence of your most beloved as you make promises to one another. I can't wait to be a witness.

That's why I'm a photographer — not because it's an assignment, but because I get to use my talent and skill to tell this story, with all its particularities and intimacies. What greater privilege is there than to be part of that with you?

I shoot on both film and digital, and over a decade of weddings around the world has taught me that taste is one of a photographer's most important tools. That understanding has opened the door to working with some of the best planners in the industry and seeing my work published by the likes of Martha Stewart Weddings, Vogue, Style Me Pretty among others.

I live in Oklahoma City with my wife and our two daughters.
